Can I order just one hat?
Yes. There is no minimum: order one hat or as many as you need.
How many characters can I put on my hat?
Up to 18 characters: English letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, apostrophes and periods. Shorter words (up to 12) stitch larger and read best. If a phrase is too long for the front of the hat, the builder tells you before you order.
Is the lettering embroidered or printed?
Embroidered. Every hat is stitched to order; the preview is an illustration and the stitching may differ slightly.
Can I choose the hat and thread colors?
Yes. Pick any hat color shown in the builder and one of the thread colors offered for it.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 4 business days, then shipping. Faster production can be chosen in the cart where it is offered.
Can I order matching hats for a group?
Yes. Set the quantity in the builder or in the cart. Volume discounts apply automatically from 20 hats.
